Our financial advisory & consultancy unit continues to advise and provide tremendous value both government and private clients. Our capital raising facilitation arm has helped raise money for real estate and other infrastructure projects. The international trading business continues to post superior financial returns particularly with our ownership stake in a chain of 15 retail outlets and 2 warehouses. Our shipping & logistics has facilitated trade between over 30 countries across 5 continents.

OUR TEAM

Rexford Asibuo

Managing Partner | BSc. Finance, MBA

Rexford is the Founder of Imperial Ark and hence responsible for the strategic direction and growth of the firm. He has over 15 years experience as an entrepreneur, dabbling in various sectors that include gold mining, Import & export, a football app, consulting and hotel management. Rexford is non-executive Director of Lagos-based boutique investment bank BlackBirch Capital. He has also served as advisor in Ghana for investments giant Carlyle Group as well as Renaissance Capital, a leading emerging market-focused investment banking firm.

Prior to founding Imperial Ark, he spent three years as a senior financial analyst at Bearing Point Inc in Virginia(USA) where his work covered clients in the mining and energy sectors. Before then, Rexford was a Senior Associate at JP Morgan Chase Bank’s asset management unit in Delaware (USA) where he oversaw investments in municipal bonds and private placement securities. Mr Asibuo holds a bachelors degree in Finance from Michigan State University and an MBA in finance and strategic management from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Rexford is happily married and blessed with 2 amazing kids.

Tamid Issaka

Managing Partner | B.A Hons

Mr. Tamid Issaka has more than 15 years of experience in the freight and logistics industry, and this experience is brought to bear on all our operational etiquette. He is a fully accredited freight forwarder at all major airports, seaports and road border post.

He founded Shiplink Logistics Limited in 2015 and over the years has delivered valued services to its clients. His experience in the Freight and Logistics industry is brought to bear in client deliberations especially in areas of project financing. Mr Issaka is a Bachelor of Arts graduate from the University of Ghana, Legon.
